• How many bedrooms does your Villa have?
It has 7 bedrooms. 2 master suites, 1 queen room & 4 twin bed rooms
• What time can I check into the villa if I was to arrive late?
Facilities are in hand for you to collect the keys to the Villa at any time. So don't worry if your flight is delayed and you can't get in touch.
• How much does it cost to heat the pool and spa?
The pool heating is charged at $192 per week (including tax) and pro rata for bookings less than 1 week.
• Would there be any discounts if I wanted to book the villa for an extended period of time?
We do give discounts for long stay booking. We will look at all cases and offer discounts at our own discretion, which will deppend on the time of year and availability.
• I see your villa is fully booked for the period I want to stay. Do you recommend any villas nearby?
Yes, please do contact us. We know many Villa owners on Terra Verde and will be able to recommend another property to you.
• Is there air-conditioning in the villa?
Yes, the villa is fully air-conditioned
• Is there a supermarket near the resort?
Yes, there is a supermarket minutes from the resort.
• Will I have to pay tax extra?
Our prices include Florida State taxes which are currentley at the rate of 13%. This tax is payable even if you pay in th UK in Sterling.
• Do you provide a cot and high chair?
We have included a babies cot and high chair. Please bring your own babies bedding with you. If you need extra baby facilities, we can put you in contact with a specialist rental company.
• What time should I leave the Villa?
Check out time is 11.00 am on your departure day. You are welcome to use the facilities in the Club House if you have a late flight or will be leaving Orlando after this time.
• Will I have to pay for cleaning the Villa?
Any price we quote you will include the cleaning charge, if it applies. It is free on one week bookings or more. The charge is $147 including tax and you can opt for an additional clean during your vacation, subject to the charge.
• I would like to book your Villa, what should I do?
Please complete the form in the booking section. We shall contact you to confirm the price and availability. You will then need to pay a deposit of 20% of the total price. The balance will be due 8 weeks before you arrive.
• If I have to cancel my booking, do I get a refund?
Unfortunately we can not offer any refunds. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to protect yourself agains this eventuality.
• Do you provide DVD & CDs?
We have provided a small selection of DVDs and Cds. However it is impossible to cater for every taste. Most DVD players in the Villa are multi region, so you can bring your favourite DVDs with you. Our guests are also entitled to free membership of a local rental shop.
• How many Televisions are there?
There is a large screen Television in the Family Room with DVD and Cable TV. All bedrooms also have a TV, DVD player and Cable TV.
• What games are there at the Villa?
There is a games room with Air Hockey, Pool Table and Electronic Darts. The Villa also has a Playstation 2. Traditional board games are also provided in the family room.
• Do I have to pay to use the Club House?
No. We would encourage you to make full use of the facilities at the Club House. There will be an additional charge for the services in the Spa.
• I don't need a 7 bedroom Villa. Do you offer a discount for using less bedrooms
Depending upon when you wish to stay, we may be able to offer a discount if you are looking for a 5 or 6 bedroom villa. Please email us for a quotation.
